§ 6-34000. Report on funds received under the Regional Transportation Authority Act. If the Board of the Regional Transportation Authority adopts an ordinance under Section 4.03 of the Regional Transportation Authority Act imposing a retailers' occupation tax and a service occupation tax at the rate of 0.75% in the counties of DuPage, Kane, Lake, McHenry, and Will, then the County Boards of DuPage, Kane, Lake, McHenry, and Will counties shall each report to the General Assembly and the Commission on Government Forecasting and Accountability by March 1 of the year following the adoption of the ordinance and March 1 of each year thereafter. That report shall include the total amounts received by the County under subsection (n) of Section 4.03 of the Regional Transportation Authority Act 1 and the expenditures and obligations of the County using those funds during the previous calendar year.
