§ 3-14007. Chief administrative officer. The chief administrative officer shall be a professional administrator experienced in public administration. He shall serve at the pleasure of the president and until his successor has been appointed and confirmed. Neither his political beliefs nor his residence shall be factors when a candidate is under consideration for the position of chief administrative officer.
