Illinois Statutes Chapter 55. Counties § 5/2-6004. Terms of office of commissioners

§ 2-6004. Terms of office of commissioners. The terms of office of such commissioners shall begin on the first Monday of the month following the month of their election, and they shall hold their office respectively until their successors are elected and qualified.
