Illinois Statutes Chapter 5. General Provisions § 573/5-30. Acceptance of retrocession

§ 5-30. Acceptance of retrocession. Subject to these conditions, the State of Illinois accepts cession of exclusive federal legislative jurisdiction from the United States, and retains all the legislative jurisdiction over the area it would have if a private individual rather than the United States owned the land.
