§ 5-25. Interference with federal functions. The State of Illinois may not regulate the actions of residents of the subject lands in any way that might directly interfere with the performance of a federal function. However, persons residing on the lands remain residents of the State of Illinois with all the rights, privileges, and obligations that attach to such residents.
