§ 6.14. Organ donor costs. With respect to organ transplants occurring after June 30, 2000 when both a donor and donee are members of the same family and are both covered by the program of health benefits, the program of health benefits shall pay 100% of the donor's expenses without the imposition of any deductible or copayment.
