§ 6.13. Managed Care Reform and Patient Rights Act. The program of health benefits is subject to the provisions of the Managed Care Reform and Patient Rights Act,  1 except the fee for service program shall only be required to comply with Section 85  2 and the definition of “emergency medical condition” in Section 10 of the Managed Care Reform and Patient Rights Act.  3
