Illinois Statutes Chapter 415. Environmental Safety § 5/22.43. Permit modifications for lateral expansions

§ 22.43. Permit modifications for lateral expansions. The Agency may issue a permit modification for a lateral expansion, as defined in Section 3.275 of this Act, for an existing MSWLF unit under Section 39 of this Act to a person required to obtain such a permit modification under subsection (t) of Section 21 of this Act.
