Illinois Statutes Chapter 415. Environmental Safety § 122/20. Programs

§ 20. Programs. The Agency is hereby directed to coordinate with the United States Environmental Protection Agency, other federal, state, and local governmental agencies, and private entities to develop accurate and improved MTBE groundwater testing methodologies and to develop more efficient and cost effective remediation procedures for public water supplies and sources contaminated with MTBE.
