Illinois Statutes Chapter 410. Public Health § 18/15. Authorizing agent

§ 15. Authorizing agent. The priority of the person or persons who have the right to serve as the authorizing agent for cremation is in the same priority as provided for in Section 5 of the Disposition of Remains Act.
