§ 14. Display of cremation device permit. A crematory authority must conspicuously display in its place of business the operating permit issued to its cremation device by the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency and the license issued by the Comptroller under this Act. All rulemaking authority in connection with operating permits issued by the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency shall be vested with the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency and all rulemaking authority in connection with licenses issued by the Comptroller under this Act shall be vested with the Comptroller.
