Illinois Statutes Chapter 40. Pensions § 5/5-142. Widow's annuity--Determination of age of widow

§ 5-142. Widow's annuity--Determination of age of widow. Widow's annuity shall be computed as herein provided, except that the maximum age of a widow for any annuity purposes shall not be more than 5 years less than the age of the employee.
