Illinois Statutes Chapter 40. Pensions § 5/5-141. Widow's annuity--Re-entry and new fixation

§ 5-141. Widow's annuity--Re-entry and new fixation. Annuity in excess of that fixed in Sections 5-138 and 5-139 shall not be granted to the widow of an employee described therein, unless the employee re-enters the service, in which case the annuity for his wife shall be fixed when he again withdraws, as of her age when such annuity is fixed.
