§ 12-4.29. Youth employability and career development programs. The Illinois Department may establish and administer community-based programs providing comprehensive, long-term intervention strategies to increase future employability and career development among high risk youth, as required by “An Act in relation to the provision of assistance to certain persons, amending Acts named therein”, certified December 2, 1987 1. The Illinois Department may contract with private nonprofit organizations or units of local government to administer and deliver services pursuant to the above-named Act.
