§ 12-4.24. Reports and recommendations. Recommend to the Governor and General Assembly the enactment of such legislation as it may deem necessary to improve public aid administration in this State; submit to the Governor and the General Assembly such reports as may be requested or as it may deem necessary; and make such other reports as may be required to supply necessary information concerning problems and policies relating to the administration of the public aid programs.
