§ 12-4.23. Disposition of obsolete equipment and supplies. Sell, destroy, or otherwise dispose of office equipment and supplies of the Illinois Department or the County Departments which have become worthless by reason of obsolescence or condition of disrepair. If the Illinois Department orders the sale of all or any portion of such equipment or supplies, such sale may be either public or private and for cash, and the proceeds thereof shall be paid into the General Revenue Fund.
