§ 12-4.14. Investigation of resources of applicants, recipients, and responsible relatives. Investigate the financial condition of applicants, recipients, and responsible relatives as defined in Section 2-11 of Article II, in order to determine whether an applicant or recipient has or can obtain property, income, resources, or other sources of support sufficient to provide him with a standard of living compatible with health and well-being.
