Illinois Statutes Chapter 305. Public Aid § 5/12-14.1. Audit by Auditor General

§ 12-14.1. Audit by Auditor General. The Auditor General shall conduct a post audit to determine if the Department has complied with the requirements of Section 5-5.9 of this Code. The audit required by this Section shall be in accordance with and subject to the Illinois State Auditing Act as now and hereafter amended.  1 The Legislative Audit Commission, by resolution, may make additions or clarifications to the scope or coverage of the audit required by this Section.
