Illinois Statutes Chapter 30. Finance § 105/8.8a. Appropriations payable from State Surplus Property Revolving Fund

§ 8.8a. Appropriations for the sale or transfer of surplus or transferable property by the Department of Central Management Services, and for all other expenses incident to the handling, transportation, maintenance and storage of such surplus property, including personal services and contractual services connected therewith and for expenses incident to the establishment and operation of wastepaper recycling programs by the Department, are payable from the General Revenue Fund.
