Illinois Statutes Chapter 225. Professions,Occupations and Business Operations § 705/7.08. Flanges on hoisting drum

§ 7.08. Every hoisting drum shall be provided with flanges attached to the sides of the drum, with a distance when the whole rope is wound on the drum of not less than 4 inches between the outer layer of rope and the greatest diameter of the flange.
