Illinois Statutes Chapter 225. Professions,Occupations and Business Operations § 705/37.04. Pending offenses, proceedings or prosecutions; repeals

§ 37.04. The repeal of Acts herein provided shall not affect any offense committed, any act done, any proceeding or prosecution pending, nor any claim, right or remedy accrued under any of such repealed Acts.
