Illinois Statutes Chapter 225. Professions,Occupations and Business Operations § 705/37.03. Certificate of competency or qualification; repeals

§ 37.03. Any certificate of competency or qualification issued pursuant to the provisions of any Act which is repealed by this Act and which was valid immediately prior to the taking effect of this Act shall be deemed a certificate of competency or qualification issued pursuant to and subject to the provisions of this Act.
