§ 7. The Director shall maintain custody of the State standards of weight and measure and of other standards and equipment provided for by this Act and shall keep accurate records thereof. The Director shall enforce the provisions of this Act, shall maintain general supervision of weights and measures offered for sale, sold or in use in this State, and shall submit an annual report to the Governor each January, summarizing all activities of his office.
