Illinois Statutes Chapter 210. Health Facilities and Regulation § 125/3.14. Prequalified architect or prequalified professional engineer

§ 3.14. Prequalified architect or prequalified professional engineer. “Prequalified architect” or “prequalified professional engineer” means an individual who is prequalified by the Department and is responsible for coordinating the design, planning, and creation of specifications for swimming facilities and for applying for a permit for construction or major alteration.
