§ 3.13. Spray pool. “Spray pool” means an aquatic feature that is not a swimming pool and that has structures or fittings for spraying, dumping, or shooting water. The term does not include features having as a source of water a public water supply that is regulated by the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency or the Illinois Department of Public Health and that has no capacity to recycle water.
