§ 5-10. “Director”. As used in the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois, 1 unless the context clearly indicates otherwise, the word “director” means the directors of the departments of State government as designated in Section 5-20 of this Law and includes the Secretary of Early Childhood, the Secretary of Financial and Professional Regulation, the Secretary of Innovation and Technology, the Secretary of Human Services, and the Secretary of Transportation.
