Illinois Statutes Chapter 20. Executive Branch § 301/45-40. Review of administrative decisions

§ 45-40. Review of administrative decisions. The Department shall preserve a record of all proceedings at any formal hearing conducted by the Department involving refusal or sanction of a license. Final administrative decisions of the Department are subject to judicial review pursuant to provisions of the Administrative Review Law.  1
