§ 13. Limitation on Further Dissemination. Unless otherwise permitted by law or in the case of exigency, the subsequent dissemination of conviction information furnished by the Illinois State Police pursuant to this Act shall only be permitted by a requester for the 30 day period immediately following receipt of the information. Except as permitted in this Section, any requester still wishing to further disseminate or to rely on the accuracy and completeness of conviction information more than 30 days from receipt of the information from the Illinois State Police shall initiate a new request to the Illinois State Police for current information.
