§ 1905-45. Violations of Act concerning use of Illinois coal. The Department has the power to investigate violations of “An Act concerning the use of Illinois mined coal in certain plants and institutions”, filed July 13, 1937 (repealed),  1 and to institute proceedings for the prosecution of violators of that Act in circuit courts.
