§ 4.01b. Indirect cost funds. The Department has the authority to apply for, accept, receive, expend, and administer on behalf of the State any indirect cost reimbursements, funds, or anything else of value made available to the Department from any source for assistance with programmatic activities or administrative costs related to the Department's programs. Any federal indirect cost reimbursements received by the Department pursuant to this Section shall be deposited into the Department on Aging Federal Indirect Cost Fund, and such moneys shall be expended, subject to appropriation, only for authorized purposes.
