§ 4.01a. Use of certain moneys deposited into the Department on Aging State Projects Fund. All moneys transferred into the Department on Aging State Projects Fund from the Long-Term Care Provider Fund shall, subject to appropriation, be used for older adult services, as described in subsection (f) of Section 20 of the Older Adult Services Act. All federal moneys received as a result of expenditures of such moneys shall be deposited into the Department of Human Services Community Services Fund.
