Illinois Statutes Chapter 105. Schools § 210/2. Necessity of bond

§ 2. Before any school bus company may begin the performance of any contract for the transportation of pupils it must file with the employing school board, cooperative, or joint agreement, if so requested by the employer, a bond assuring performance of the contract by the school bus company.
