Illinois Statutes Chapter 105. Schools § 210/1. School bus company defined

§ 1. As used in this Act “School bus company” means and includes any individual or business entity, regardless of its form of organization, which transports pupils to or from any school under contract with the parents of the pupils but does not include any regulated public utility or any school-operated bus service.
