The forest, wildlife and range experiment station of the state of Idaho is authorized to establish such field experiment substations as in the judgment of the state board of regents may be necessary. The state board of regents is hereby authorized to accept, for and in behalf of the state of Idaho, such gifts of land or other donations as may be made to the state for the purposes of sections 38-701--38-713.
