The board of county commissioners may at its option pay not to exceed one-half ( 1/2 ) of the cost of seeding land not owned by the county and may pay the entire cost of seeding county-owned land. The commissioners shall reimburse the current expense fund of the county for the amount of burn seeding fund from the proceeds of the levy provided for in section 38-509.
