When revocation or suspension of any licensed retailer's license shall become effective by reason of the determination made by any licensing authority as in this act provided for, or by reason of the judgment of any district court on proceedings to contest any such determination, the licensing authority which made such determination shall forthwith give notice thereof in writing to the other licensing authorities from whom license was obtained by the licensee involved.
