A surplus lines insurance producer may accept referrals to place surplus lines insurance from any other licensed insurance producer and the surplus lines insurance producer may compensate the referring insurance producer for the referral.
Any person licensed pursuant to provisions of the Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine Practice Act, in advertising his services to the public, shall use the title “doctor of oriental medicine” or “D.O.M.”. The title “doctor of oriental medicine” or “D.O.M.” shall supersede the use of all other titles that include the words “medical doctor” or the initials “M.D.” unless the person is a medical doctor licensed pursuant to provisions of the Medical Practice Act.
