Iowa Code Title VII. Education and Cultural Affairs [Chs. 256-305B] § 303.59. Powers on appeal

In exercising its powers the board may, in conformity with this subchapter,  1 reverse or affirm, wholly or partly, or may modify the order, requirement, decision, or determination appealed from and may make the order, requirement, decision, or determination as should be made, and to that end have all the powers of the administrative officer of the board.
