Iowa Code Title VII. Education and Cultural Affairs [Chs. 256-305B] § 260F.7. Coordination--department of workforce development

The department, in consultation with the department of education, shall coordinate the jobs training program. A project shall not be funded under this chapter unless the department approves the project. The department shall adopt rules pursuant to chapter 17A governing the program's operation and eligibility for participation in the program. The department shall establish by rule criteria for determining what constitutes an eligible business.
