Iowa Code Title V. Agriculture [Chs. 159-215A] § 207.7. Environmental protection performance standards

The division shall adopt rules for environmental protection performance standards that are consistent with federal regulations authorized under the federal Surface Mining Control and Reclamation Act  1 and amendments to that Act.
