Any person aggrieved may appeal from any final action of the board of supervisors in relation to any matter involving the person's rights to the district court of the county in which the district is located. The procedure in such appeals shall be governed by the provisions of sections 468.84 through 468.98 provided that whenever in those sections the words “drainage district” occur, the words “benefited water district” shall be substituted.
