The county care facility shall maintain a record of the name and age of each person admitted and the date of admission. The board may require of any resident of the county care facility, with approval of a physician or physician assistant, reasonable and moderate labor suited to the resident's age and bodily strength. Any income realized through the labor of residents, together with the receipts from operation of the county farm if one is maintained, shall be appropriated for use by the county care facility as the board of supervisors directs.
