Iowa Code Title IV. Public Health [Chs. 123-158] § 125.32A. Discrimination prohibited

Any substance use disorder treatment program receiving state funding under this chapter or any other chapter of the Code shall not discriminate against a person seeking treatment solely because the person is pregnant, unless the program in each instance identifies and refers the person to an alternative and acceptable treatment program for the person.
