If the court after a hearing in an action filed pursuant to section 123.82 finds an alcoholic liquor, wine, or beer nuisance has been maintained on the premises covered by the abatement bond and that alcoholic liquor, wine, or beer has been sold or kept for sale on the premises contrary to law within one year from the date of the giving of the bond, then the court shall order the forfeiture of the bond and enter judgment for the full amount of the bond against the principal and sureties on the bond. The lien on the real estate created pursuant to section 123.79 shall be decreed foreclosed and the court shall provide for a special and general execution for the enforcement of the decree and judgment.
