Iowa Code Title III. Public Services and Regulation [Chs. 80-122C] § 89A.12. Access to conveyances

Every owner of a conveyance subject to regulation by this chapter shall grant access to that conveyance to the director and personnel of the department. Inspections shall be permitted at reasonable times, with or without prior notice.
