All provisions in chapter 10A, subchapter III, and chapters 85, 85A, 85B, and this chapter relating to compensation for injuries sustained arising out of and in the course of employment in the operation of coal mines or production of coal under any system of removing coal for sale are exclusive, compulsory and obligatory upon the employer and employee in such employment.
