Iowa Code Title I. State Sovereignty and Management [Chs. 1-38D] § 2.47. Procedure

The chairpersons of the committees on appropriations shall serve as co-chairpersons of the legislative fiscal committee. The legislative fiscal committee shall determine its own method of procedure and shall meet as often as deemed necessary, subject to the approval of the legislative council. It shall keep a record of its proceedings which shall be open to public inspection, and it shall inform the legislative council in advance concerning the dates of meetings of the committee.
