Iowa Code Title I. State Sovereignty and Management [Chs. 1-38D] § 15.344. Common system--assessment and tracking

The department of workforce development shall use information from the customer tracking system under section 84A.5 to determine the economic impact of the programs. To the extent possible, the department shall track individuals and businesses who have received assistance or services through the fund to determine whether the assistance or services have resulted in increased wages paid to the individuals or paid by the businesses.
