Any decision or action by the alliance directing action by any department, board, or office represented on the alliance shall be placed on the agenda of the next regularly scheduled meeting of the governing body of the affected department, board, or office for immediate action. The action taken by the affected department, board, or office shall be reported to the alliance at the next regularly scheduled meeting of the alliance.
