Florida Statutes Title XXXVII. Insurance § 631.738. Applicability as to certain health maintenance organizations

The provisions of this part which relate to assessments for long-term care insurer impairments and insolvencies do not apply to any nonprofit health maintenance organization that operates only in this state and whose statutory capital and surplus is less than $200 million as of December 31 of the year preceding the year in which the assessment is made.
